Over the July 4th weekend, the Bay Club welcomed its very first guests. Tommy led the charge into the new beachfront pool, flanked by his sons, Chase and Charlie. Cheers echoed from the deck as glasses clinked with the weekend’s signature cocktail—the Cannonball Splash. It was clear: something special had just begun.
The Bay Club pool is officially open—and already the heartbeat of Winding Bay. Mornings now begin with quiet laps at sunrise (lap lane hours start at 7 AM), followed by sun-drenched afternoons drifting between the water and the deck. In the kiddie zone, lounger cushions are en route, and a new safety railing is being added along the boardwalk.
Still under construction but already generating buzz, the Pool Bar is on track to open in August. Casual alfresco dining and full bar service will bring poolside living to a whole new level, making it easier than ever to move from towel to table. Designed with comfort, flow, and sunset views in mind, this is where laid-back days meet elevated moments.
Step off the pool deck and through the glass doors— The downstairs lounge is now partially open and already in daily use. Bright, breezy, and inviting, it’s quickly become the club’s newest social crossroad: a place to gather, recharge, and take in the view.
Just around the corner, the Game Room is already a multigenerational favorite. From the jumbotron-style video wall and shuffleboard to classic arcade games and casual seating, it’s become the go-to spot for low-key fun—after a swim or before dinner. Nearby, the Boutique is open by appointment and offers a curated mix of elevated resort wear, accessories, and local Abaco goods. To schedule a visit, just ask the team at the Golf Pro Shop.
Coming in September: a new kind of hangout. The 19th Hole—our upstairs, adults-only lounge—is designed for sports, spirits, and conversation. With a pool table, panoramic cigar terrace, plush seating already on the way, and a poker table to follow, it’s the perfect perch for post-round toasts, game-day gatherings, and pre/post dinner hangs.
The full Bay Club opening is targeted for October. At that time, all amenities will move into regular operation with set hours, full service, and seasonal programming. Until then, soft openings continue—and every day brings a new chapter.

And just past the Welcome Center... The Stables are coming to life—fast. Grading and irrigation are nearly complete, new sod is being installed, and the final padel courts are being paved. In the upcoming weeks, construction begins on the newest Birdie Bar, a new fishing dock, and more comfort stations. The original stable building will soon be watertight and actively being built out as the Racquets Pro Shop—a space that preserves its heritage while stepping into something new. By mid-August, the existing tennis courts will temporarily close for their next transformation: the addition of four new pickleball courts.
Week by week, this landmark is evolving into a lifestyle hub—where tradition meets momentum, and Your World at Play continues to expand.
